About Rentwell

Built by investors, for investors.

We started Rentwell because we'd lived the other side of it — and knew property management could be done a great deal better.

The asset deserved more than a rent roll.

As property investors ourselves, we'd felt the frustration of traditional management — slow responses, surprise arrears, inspections that never quite happened, and reporting you had to chase.

So we built the management business we wished we'd had: proactive, accountable, and genuinely focused on protecting the asset and the return. Rentwell sits inside the Buywell Group, alongside the team that helps clients buy, improve and build — which means your property is managed with the whole investment in view, not in isolation.

Our approach is simple to describe and harder to deliver: stay ahead of the property, keep the numbers clean, and communicate before you're asked to.

With over 15 years in commercial and private banking, Tim is a co-founder of Buywell, Rentwell and Equity Projects. Having worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, medical professionals and business owners, he brings deep expertise in lending strategy, wealth creation and portfolio growth. As a property investor himself, he's passionate about building a connected ecosystem that helps clients acquire, improve, manage and grow — maximising returns and creating long-term wealth.

With over 15 years across property management, real estate, construction and development, Maddison is the founder of Buywell and Rentwell. Working closely with investors over the years, she saw the need for more strategic, high-touch management — focused on protecting assets, maximising returns and giving landlords a better experience. Having acquired, grown and sold property management businesses, she pairs deep rental expertise with genuine local market knowledge.

Growing up in a property-focused family gave her an early passion for real estate and a deep appreciation for protecting investment assets — and she's known for a proactive approach, attention to detail and clear communication.
